Description of route of synthesis:
Add 6-bromo-7-fluoroquinolone ketone into a reaction flask, add phosphorus oxychloride as a chlorinating reagent, and then add N, N-diethylaniline as an acid binding agent. Heat up and reflux to perform hydroxychlorination reaction, converting two carbonyl hydroxyl groups into chlorine atoms; After the reaction is complete, slowly pour the material into ice water to quench it, precipitate a solid, and refine it through filtration, water washing, and recrystallization to obtain 6-bromo-2,4-dichloro-7-fluoroquinazoline.
