Description of route of synthesis: Dissolve (S) -2-amino-3-pyridinpropionic acid dihydrochloride in methanol, add sodium bicarbonate to adjust the pH of the system, and then add di tert butyl dicarbonate for amino protection reaction. After the reaction is complete, purify it through post-treatment to obtain N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-pyridyl-L-alanine.
