Description for route of synthesis:
Add dichloromethane to a dry reaction vessel, followed by 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, and stir until the substrate is completely dissolved. Then, add 4-dimethylaminopyridine and triethylamine, stir and mix well, and introduce an inert gas to replace the air in the system, maintaining an inert atmosphere for protection. Slowly add methyl chloroformate to the reaction system through a constant pressure dropping funnel (control the temperature not to exceed 5℃ during the addition). After the addition is complete, allow the temperature to naturally rise to room temperature, and keep stirring overnight.
