Description for route of synthesis:
Dissolve 3-methoxypyridine in an anhydrous solvent under inert gas protection, cool to around -100 ℃, and slowly add diisopropylammonium lithium for directional lithiation reaction; Subsequently, isopropanol pinal boronic acid ester was added and the temperature was controlled for nucleophilic substitution reaction; After the reaction is complete, the target product 3-methoxy-4-pyridinboronic acid pinacol ester is obtained through quenching, extraction, washing, drying, and purification.
