Description for route of synthesis:
Dissolve the intermediate N-2 of Upatinib in ethanol, add a palladium carbon catalyst, and perform a catalytic hydrogenolysis reaction in a hydrogen atmosphere to remove the benzyloxycarbonyl protecting group; After the reaction is complete, the palladium carbon is removed by filtration, and concentrated hydrochloric acid is added to the filtrate to form a salt. After concentration, cooling crystallization, filtration and drying, the target product, intermediate N-1 hydrochloride of Upatinib, is obtained.
