Description of route of synthesis:
The methyl ester raw material is treated with tetrahydrofuran azeotrope twice to remove the solvent, and the residue is added with tetrahydrofuran, water and 10 Ω· N sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirred at 60 ℃ and hydrolyzed for 4 Ω· h; after concentration, the system is separated between ethyl acetate and dilute hydrochloric acid, the organic phase is washed with water, and then vacuum concentrated, and the solvent is removed by methyl benzene azeotrope to obtain foam solid carboxylic acid products, with the S/R ratio of 89:11.
