Description
Description for Route of Synthesis:
In a dry reaction vessel, add p-methylphenylacetone and N-iodosuccinimide in sequence, mix evenly, and microwave quickly heat to promote the reaction. After the reaction is complete, cool to room temperature, add dichloromethane to the system to extract the product, then wash the organic phase with distilled water, dry it with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and obtain the product by vacuum distillation and crystallization.
