Description for route of synthesis: Dissolve the intermediate containing azide group in methanol, add 10% palladium carbon catalyst, and carry out catalytic hydrogenation reaction under hydrogen atmosphere to reduce the azide group to amino group; After the reaction is complete, the palladium carbon is removed by filtration, and dilute hydrochloric acid is added to the filtrate for salt formation. After concentration, cooling crystallization, filtration and drying, the target product hydrochloride salt is obtained.
