Description for route of synthesis:
Under inert gas protection, tetrahydrofuran is used as the solvent to mix 3- [(trimethylsilyl) ethynyl] -5-pyrazin-2-amine with potassium tert butoxide, and heat to carry out cyclization reaction while removing the trimethylsilyl protecting group; After the reaction is completed, it is quenched, extracted, washed, dried, and then purified by recrystallization from ethyl acetate to obtain the target product 5-bromo-4,7-diazoindole.
