Description of route of synthesis:
Under nitrogen protection, using tetrahydrofuran as the solvent, 4-amino-3- (4-phenoxyphenyl) -1H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyrimidine was reacted with S-1 tert butoxycarbonyl-3-hydroxypyridine in the presence of triphenylphosphine and diisopropyl azodicarboxylate via the Mitsunobu reaction; After heating and deprotection with hydrochloric acid, the target product was extracted with dichloromethane, and the aqueous phase was adjusted with alkali to precipitate a solid. The solid was then filtered and dried to obtain the desired product.
